Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe

For an elegant surprise, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Yields one serving

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine

15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety

Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
